Firestone, 1955 (?)

This Firestone radio is very similar to the Stromberg Carlson T-4 shown below, except for the colors. I've never seen another one like this by Firestone. Despite having a full schematic on the bottom, there is no model number present.

General Electric 862

I love this green and white GE with the Atomic symbol on the tuning dial. Very 1950's!

General Electric - Mint Green Plastic

This mint green General Electric is missing part of the label - the part with the model number. Do you know what model number this is?

General Electric - Pink Plastic

This pink General Electric is missing part of the label - the part with the model number. Do you know what model number this is?

Meteor Model #1, 1956
This 4-tube Meteor radio was manufactured by Sears and Roebuck, but not under their common Silvertone name. It's a cute radio, and is really more of a gray than shows up in this picture. It was found in a local antique mall.

Stromberg Carlson T-4, 1955
This Stromberg Carlson is a bright yellow with gold brick front. The on/off and tuning knobs are on the left side, not visible in this picture. This is a 5-tube set dating from 1955.

Teletone
This Teletone has no model number or identification on it. It's in beautiful shape, and is very similar to several other Teletone models. This radio is usually cracked on top, but this one is fine. Currently not working, for lack of a schematic!

Teletone
This Teletone has no model number or identification on it. It's not really a portable, but it does have a spring loaded handle on the top.

Truetone DC-2036A
This Truetone is a twin-speaker model, and is in beautiful shape.

Truetone 189-AG
This Truetone has no model number or identification on it. It's in beautiful shape, and is very similar to several Teletone models. This radio is usually cracked on top, but this one is fine. Currently not working, for lack of a schematic!

Truetone
This Truetone has no model number or identification on it. It's a great green plastic, with blue trim on the dials.
